Prebuilt systems are shipped out within 48 hours. Once shipped, delivery within Ontario usually takes 1-2 business days, while other provinces may take 3-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Custom-build requests may require an additional 5-10 business days depending on component availability and workload.

We use premium protective packaging to keep your system safe during transport. However, accidents can happen. Please inspect your PC upon delivery and report any damage to us as soon as possible. We will cover and replace what is needed.

Every Qi Tech build comes with a comprehensive 1-Year Warranty on Parts & Labor. If a hardware component fails (like a GPU or RAM stick) during this period, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
Note: This warranty covers hardware defects only. It does not cover software issues (like game bugs or viruses) or accidental physical damage.

Never. Unlike big-box prebuilts, we use exclusively standard, off-the-shelf components from trusted brands like ASUS, MSI, Corsair, and Gigabyte. This means your PC is fully upgradeable and standardized - no proprietary motherboards or weird power supplies.

Absolutely. If you want to swap a GPU, add more storage, or upgrade the RAM on one of our Prime, Pro, Elite, or Ultra tier Prebuilts, just contact us at support@qitech.ca before placing your order. We are happy to build a custom invoice for you.
