Shipping policy

1. Processing & Build Time The time it takes to prepare your order depends on the type of system you purchased:

  • Ready-to-Ship (Prebuilt) Systems: These PCs are already built, tested, and boxed. They will be processed and shipped within 48 hours (2 business days) of order confirmation.

  • Custom Builds (Made to Order): Because these are hand-built, stress-tested, and optimized specifically for you, please allow 5–10 business days for the build process before shipping.

Note: You will receive a confirmation email with tracking numbers as soon as your order is handed over to the courier.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates We ship primarily via UPS / Canada Post / Puralator to ensure the safety of your system.

  • Canada: Standard Ground (3–7 business days). 

  • USA: Standard International (5–10 business days).

  • Note: Qi Tech is not responsible for carrier delays (weather, volume) once the package has left our facility.

3. Signature Required (IMPORTANT) To protect your investment, all PC shipments require an Adult Signature upon delivery.

  • Couriers will NOT drop-off the package if no one is home.

  • If you miss the delivery, the courier will leave a note, and you will need to pick it up from their local facility or arrange a re-delivery.

  • We do this to prevent theft. We cannot remove the signature requirement for high-value items.

4. Damages & Insurance Every PC we ship is fully insured. However, glass panels can occasionally break during transit.

  • Inspect the box immediately upon arrival. If the box looks severely damaged, take photos before opening it.

  • If your PC arrives damaged (e.g., shattered glass, loose GPU), please contact us at support@qitech.ca within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Do not discard the box or packing foam. The shipping carrier requires photos of the original packaging to process an insurance claim. Without the packaging, we cannot process a claim for you.

5. International Shipping (USA) For orders shipping to the USA:

  • Qi Tech is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, brokerage fees) are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Local Pickup Live in the GTA? Same-day pickup may be available. 

  • Select "Local Pickup" at checkout.

  • We will email you when your build is ready to arrange a pickup time at our Toronto location.

  • You must bring a valid photo ID that matches the name on the order.
