Where do you ship?
We proudly ship Canada-wide from our headquarters in Toronto, Ontario. Because we are Canadian-based, you will never have to deal with surprise import duties, customs fees, or cross-border delays.
If you're interested in purchasing a PC and are located outside of Canada, please contact us via the chatbox or email us at support@qitech.ca, we are happy to arrange custom shipping for you.
How long will it take to get my PC?
Prebuilt systems are shipped out within 48 hours. Once shipped, delivery within Ontario usually takes 1-2 business days, while other provinces may take 3-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Custom-build requests may require an additional 5-10 business days depending on component availability and workload.
What happens if my PC arrives damaged?
We use premium protective packaging to keep your system safe during transport. However, accidents can happen. Please inspect your PC upon delivery and report any damage to us as soon as possible. We will cover and replace what is needed.
What is your warranty?
Every Qi Tech build comes with a comprehensive 1-Year Warranty on Parts & Labor. If a hardware component fails (like a GPU or RAM stick) during this period, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
Note: This warranty covers hardware defects only. It does not cover software issues (like game bugs or viruses) or accidental physical damage.
Do you use proprietary parts?
Never. Unlike big-box prebuilts, we use exclusively standard, off-the-shelf components from trusted brands like ASUS, MSI, Corsair, and Gigabyte. This means your PC is fully upgradeable and standardized - no proprietary motherboards or weird power supplies.
Can you make changes to a Prebuilt PC?
Absolutely. If you want to swap a GPU, add more storage, or upgrade the RAM on one of our Prime, Pro, Elite, or Ultra tier Prebuilts, just contact us at support@qitech.ca before placing your order. We are happy to build a custom invoice for you.
CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER IN PERSON?
Yes! We are located in North York (Toronto). If you prefer to pick up your PC or want to see a system in person before buying, we are happy to accommodate you. Please contact us via chat, email, or phone to schedule a drop in.
Can I trade in my PC?
Yes, we accept trade-ins provided you are local to the GTA. Reach out to our team with your current specs, and we can give you a quote for credit towards your new Qi Tech build.
